Before you plant, it’s vital to go through some form of vegetable garden design process that begins with writing down all of your goals and then proceeds through a bunch of measurements and drawings to arrive at a design.

We don’t have time for that kind of detail today, but I at least need to decide the purpose of the garden and add a quick sketch onto my landscape plan.
